Your subscription quantity always equals your workspace's member count. The base $29/month covers up to 3 members; each member beyond that adds $7/month, prorated by Stripe. Invite or remove people in the app — billing follows automatically.
Nothing is deleted immediately. History older than 30 days is pruned by a daily job while you're on Free, always keeping enough restore anchors to reconstruct your recent history.
That's up to you: per workspace (with a per-plan override), compensation is visible to admins only or to everyone. The rule is enforced on the server — hidden salaries are never sent to the browser; costs render as percentages instead.
The Free tier includes the full feature set — skills matrix, scenarios, history, collaboration — with generous limits. You only need Pro when your org or planning horizon outgrows them.
