Terms of Service

OrgPlannerPro provides organizational planning software: org charts, planning scenarios, version history, skills coverage analysis, and related collaboration features. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite to your workspaces. Workspace admins control member roles, compensation visibility, and billing. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it to these terms.

You retain all rights to the content you put into the service (your "Workspace Content"). You grant us only the license needed to host, process, back up, and display it to your workspace's members. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data (including compensation data) of the people in your org plans.

Don't attempt to breach other tenants' data, probe or overload the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what law permits, or use it for unlawful discrimination or other illegal purposes.

Paid plans are billed per workspace through Stripe: a monthly base fee that includes 3 seats, plus a per-seat fee for each additional member, prorated automatically as your membership changes. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgraded workspaces revert to Free-tier limits, including history retention.

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without uptime guarantees on self-serve plans. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

The service supports planning decisions; it does not make them. We are not liable for employment decisions you take using the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may delete your workspaces and account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

We'll post updates here and note the date above; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
